1. The final AI logic check

Proprietary intelligence as the last instance. Every processing run ends with an intelligent logic check by our self-hosted AI, trained specifically on legal syntax. It checks the entire document for plausibility and whether extracted information makes sense in a legal context – a digital „second reader“ that runs exclusively on our sovereign servers in Germany.

2. Deep-structure recognition

Our system is trained not only to read text but to understand the architecture of documents:

• Complex reference chains: Precise capture of nested references, e.g. „§ 43e Abs. 3 S. 2 Nr. 1 lit. b BRAO“ or „Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO“.
• Validated financial data: Automatic validation of IBANs, BICs, VAT IDs and correct assignment of currency symbols (€, $, £) to amounts and invoice data.
• Legal structure elements: Clear separation of margin numbers (Rn.), footnote references, multi-level numbering (e.g. I. 1. a) aa)) and header/footer information.

3. The LexLogik legal refiner

Precision instead of probability. When our primary recognition systems disagree on critical values (e.g. amounts or file references), the refiner reconciles against legal database patterns. The result is finalised only once logic is confirmed.
